One year position
To carry out the professional duties of a director as circumstances may require and in accordance with VMA’s policies under the direction of the Associate Dean/Dean of US Track.
To be a specialist in the subject, specialism or content related to the courses taught at VMA to enable effective teaching management and curriculum structure.
To be an effective professional who demonstrates thorough curriculum knowledge, can mentor and assess effectively, take responsibility for professional development and grow teachers within the VMAA department.
To be a member of the Department and under the direction of the Associate Dean/Dean, contribute to the high standards of teaching and learning and the raising of standards of achievement.
To make a significant contribution to the direction of VMAA, in line with its vision, mission and schoolwide learner outcomes.
Requirements:
1) Education from top university of English-Speaking Countries is required.
2) Master’s degree in music performance, opera performance, visual arts or related major is required;
3) Teach in professional English.
4) Full-time work in Da Mei Sha, Yantian District, Shenzhen China.
