The Penthesilea audition academy was founded by Karin Bonelli, flutist of the Vienna Philharmonic orchestra and is dedicated to supporting young, talented musicians on their way towards a positive audition experience. It offers a specific space to work on the broad orchestral repertoire, to strengthen mental and physical balance in individual and group coaching session, to improve “team player” qualities through ensemble work.
In 2023 the academy is open to flutists and trumpet players. Together with Karin Bonelli, Gudrun Hinze (Solopiccolo Gewandhausorchester zu Leipzig) will be present as a flute teacher while Roman Rindberger (together with Hans Gansch) is part of the team for the trumpet students and as a Wimhof-instructor.
