The Babel Flute

Born on January 1^st, 1889, this Italian flutist served as principal at La Scala Orchestra, under the direction of Arturo Toscanini. Professor at Naples and Rome Conservatoires, Tassinari has among his students Severino Gazzelloni, one of the most representative flutists ov XX century.
